New Food Company Looking for workers

Hi my name is Yopek and I own both a Grain (Grain of Yopek) and food company (Asokan Foods) I'm looking for new workers to come by and help my company grow. You'll get a decent wage and good hours. So come on down and apply.

That type of pay are we looking at? Are you going to pay more and less then everyone else or the same?

You could also add job offers for your company in-game, that is if you have not done that already.

Wages offered ingame are pretty high though

Nope I'm not the blame, Ward is actually he started with these crazy wages
I lowered the wages as soon as Ward wasn't offering the outrages wages.
But he put some of those crazy offers on the job market again so I have to go over that.
I wouldn't mind the low wages, more profit for me

A Q5 raws company (called either a hunting lodge for food raws or a Rubber plantation for weapons raws) costs 35G

I know I hate it the wages do need to come down. but it is all ward's fault. Please go look at skill 1. It is crazy. and his companies are just there he is only making money on his Q5 weapons.

the main problem is that there just aren't enough workers... even if wages came down, i think the situation won't change much

Why does it need to come down? q5 raw and food/weapon companies can still make a nice profit even though the wages are high. Currently I am using my raw company to provide my FRM for my Q2 food company. With the current wages they produce my FRW at 0.3 so that is still a 0.03 per raw cheaper then buying it from the market. A level 9 skill produces 92 Q2 food and uses 184 frm and I sell at 1.65 a piece. I am still making a good profit off my workers.

I guess it is possible but hard to do sometimes.

You Q1 grain company produces way less then my Q5 raw company.
You are making a very very big loss on every employee you have

A quick calculation
+-40 production by lvl12
82BEF wage
0.33BEF per grain
40*0.33=13.2BEF
13.2BEF-82BEF=-68.8BEF

Even if raw would be on 1BEF you would make losses
40*1=40BEF
40BEF-82BEF=-38BEF

Seeing as you make 40 grain per workers in grain company
And you need 208 grain for your Q2 company

208/40=5.2

NOT PROFITABLE

I dont even have to show numbers to make my point
