As some of you may have noticed, the value of the BEF has been going down for some times now (and no we're not anymore the winners :p), the question that has to be known now is "when should we stop the fall"?

I have my own idea but I would like to hear the opinion of the belgians about that.

Well, it will most likely stabilize (at least at 0.001 ^^), but yeah it'll go down if we don't do anything. But we can't afford to do too much neither.

An analogy: BEF = Titanic Razz

In my view we must look at the right time to intervene in the economy

We can wait to spent all gold from NBB and than let Bef to drop low without of control. Or we can speed up drooping down, and control situation offering at 0.007-0.008 (that is 7 or 8 gold for 1000 befs= 1 land for building company ) Players worldwide will come here to buy cheap land for 7-8 gold. NBB will sell most of bef stock and get worldwide gold Very Happy
Math we have 86000 useless dead BEF-s in NBB. If we sell that for 8 gold per 1000 befs = 690 gold
Bef disappears and we have 690 gold in NBB.
checkmate to admins
happy end Very Happy

we can also let it drop even lower to 0.02g for 1 BEF, then can the NBB buy al the offers (so a LOT LOT LOT of BEF for a little bit of gold) , let it raise again to 0.07-0.08 and sell al that BEF Very Happy

That is impossible... Because all players around world will come and buy bef when drop down to 0.006. Look at Thailand.
We need value from 0.007 to 0.009

Yeah, and in a month, or maybe more, we'll see a lot of BEF back on the market... With a huge profit for the investors...
