Mercenary medal

Romper got his mercenary medal after a few days (what a surprise... ).

I was wondering how far other people are with trying to gain this medal? I have 13/50 countries for the moment. I try to stay in a country with a lot of MP's (like Poland) so I don't have to move all the time.

I'm only at 2 but just started and shadow is right it does not matter how weak or strong you are only the cost of moving counts. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea that somebody makes an example rout to take with the lowest cost in travel expenses and maybe the Belgian government can help with the expenses?

Now I have 6, but today I expect to get 7 or 8 out of the 50
I really like this medal, gives you something to work for for a very long time.
I wonder what the other 2 medals will be... anyone like to speculate on what it could be?

They are trying to encourage as much people as possible to leave the game with all their changes, so that seems a logical next step to me.

However, if your number of fights is limited by money, 'buying' food for more hits is twice cheaper than increasing the damage with weapons. An additional hit costs around 3.5 BEF in food, whereas doubling the damage of a hit that you would do anyway, costs around 7 BEF in weapons.

I remember when fighting 10 times in a single day was reserved only for the most important battles (Hello Kitty, Lion King and London are the only 3 times I remember doing it off the top of my head) and now fighting 10 times a day is considered "not that much".
