Town Center subsidies :
1. The eBelgian citizen must sign in on the forum in order to make the request and have forum citizenship for at least 14 days.
2. The citizen must fulfill requirements 1, 2 and 3 to be able to upgrade his town center (check requirements) and will be asked to provide screenshots to prove it.
3. People will receive the necessary BEF (from 100 to 1000 bef) to upgrade their town center and will be asked to provide a screenshot to prove the money received have been used for it.
4. Citizens can ask a subsidy for each town center upgrade.
5. President assigns a manager to check the requirements and deliver the money.
6. A budget of 37 000 bef is planned for this program, and can be extended by congress vote.
