A well overdue update on many fronts.

* added a bit info in short history about the recent division changes

if this is desired, I could write something about the different constitutions that eBe had, the changes between them, the reasons for these changes, the driven forces behind some of these and more.

Maybe you can try to clarify without changing the wiki-page.

I had someone else(who does these thing as profession) who took a look for grammar/spelling mistakes and related errors.

There are none!!!

Just because you phrase it differently, doesn't mean it is wrong.
Also, put the words in the right context and you might actually see why those words are used in this way.

As long as we can understand the text and that it's readable, I believe that we can accept that there are a few spelling mistakes. Most of us aren't native and it makes sense that there are some mistakes.

You're missing the point then. I've corrected the mistakes already, so why shouldn't we bother? Besides, why would tommot to argue that his proficiency in English is better than mine when English is my native language and not his?

Just because english is your native language doesn't mean that you never make a mistake and that any english you write is always correct.
That is just so arrogant to assume such a thing.

Anyway, I've told you what is wrong and you're ignoring it.

You seem to forget that it's a wiki page maintained by the community and not just you. You don't own the page and if I want to make a change I can. It's not my problem that you have a less than proficient understanding of English.
