Due to the CP elections i have updated the Belgium-page(new president and cabinet, updated the party-logo's and rearranged the party's according to the current in-game rankings.

To be more specific on this last page:
* new CP(and adapting old records)
* The side-bar with info such as General Rank, population, new CP,...
* The latest Government/cabinet(with this i also have been keeping a record of past cabinets) and also started to maintain the separate page with the CP election-results(witch was starting to be outdated) http://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/Presidential_elections_(Belgium)
* Political party's: I always update that entire table with the most recent official information witch is always based on the most recent election results unless a major change has occurred before the elections.

The constitution can now be found on the main page

MPP list wasn't updating automatically so I did it manually. Feel free to change that if you can make it work automatically.
