Re: Belgian Olympic Games
Get rrready to rrrumble!!!
The sports palace in Antwerp is ready for some great fights:
Jamster737 vs. Cotarius
Zodiarch vs. aVegan
Critically vs. Fhaemita Malodorous
Nohjis vs. Monsieur Guillotine
Goopypants won't participate, as we don't want deaths these Games.
These are twelve-round fights.
Jamster737 vs. Cotarius
The bell rings and Jamster tries immediately some fast-paced attacks. He continues this during 2 rounds. Cotarius is able to defend himself, and in the fourth round he hits Jamster on the head with full power. The fight is over with this attack, Jamster needs medical assistance. Cotarius quickly goes to the changing rooms to prepare himself for the next fight.
Zodiarch vs. aVegan
aVegan gets his fight against Zodiarch. After two round he wished he had never asked for it. His nose bleeds, his eyes are almost invisible and his arm is weirdly shapen. He still continues to fight, but after several seconds in the third round he goes down hard.
Critically vs. Fhaemita Malodorous
Critically is clearly the better. At the end of the tenth round, he's still jumping around as in the first. Some amazing hits made the decision of the judges after the twelth round: a clear win on points from Critically.
Nohjis vs. Monsieur Guillotine
Nohjis is the blonde guy:
enough said...
so...
Cotarius vs. Zodiarch
Critically vs. Monseur Guillotine
Cotarius vs. Zodiarch
This is a close call. They seem of equal strength, it's a tough one for the judges if it will end on points. But suddenly, in the 11th round, Zodiarch misses, Cotarius tries to hit him with a quick move. But it was a trap! Zodiarch ducks down, gets around Cotarius and does a magnificent KO! Hopefully Cotarius can recover for the bronze medal fight.
Critically vs. Monsieur Guillotine
This is one of the lamest fights in boxing history. They keep on avoiding eachother. Even after the 12th round, it is a though decision who's going to win this as there has almost been no hit. After a heated discussion, Critically wins. Bad luck for Monsieur Guillotine.
Meanwhile, NLSP thought that the boxing rounds meant drinking rounds, so he's not capable to follow anymore of the fights. Procuste lost all her money by betting on aVegan. She was mislead by his motivational words before the fight.
Bronze medal fight
"MG" tries hard to find gap in Cotarius' stong defense. A sudden move of Cotarius confuses Monsieur Guillotine and he's flying in the ropes on the side. Cotarius starts a furious attack and Monsieur Guillotine goes down in the 6th round.
Championship fight
They are ready for the fight, and this is shown in the first five rounds. Constant attacks of both sides make it an entertaining fight for the crowd. In the 9th round, Critically gets some nasty punches in the face, and as a result he goes down. But only for 7 seconds! He comes up, immediately attacks Zodiarch and gets another punch. That's it for him. What a pity, he really wanted to win this.
Podium:
1. Zodiarch
2. Critically
3. Cotarius
Medals:
1. Zodiarch (6xG, 3xS, 1xB)
2. Cotarius (3xG, 1xB)

Re: Belgian Olympic Games
So canoeing for 1000m.
The canoes are checked, they're in the water and ready for the start.
And it's Zodiarch with a fast start. Goopypants, Cotarius and Nohjis have been put back lots of metres after several seconds. They will have to be strong mentally if they want to come back.
Meanwhile there has been formed a small group in front of the rest. Zodiarch is still first, Jamster737 and Monsieur Guillotine follow his lead.
At the halfway point, Jamster737 takes first place, the rest is still unchanged, and it seems this is the medal-winning group.
But at the 750m mark Fhaemita Malodorous speeds up, and in one moment, he is in the front group. He doesn't slow down and even takes over the lead!
Zodiarch makes one final jump... it doesn't work! In the end Jamster737 manages to put his canoe just in front of him, but Fhaemita is already celebrating his victory. Monsieur Guillotine is frustrated after being so long in a medal-winning place and still goes home without one.
Podium:

Medals:

Re: Belgian Olympic Games
Back to the swimming pool.
Let's see who can swim the fastest on his back for 100m.
And there they go. Fhaemita Malodorous with the fastest start this time, but everyone is going well. It seems the winner will be decided the last few metres, if they keep this up. Even Goopypants is able to follow.
At the turning point, there isn't a gap for anyone. They are able to stick together, but the future winner will have to accelerate soon.
And it's Zodiarch who does this first. Nobody is able to keep up with him, some swimmers aren't able to swim straight anymore. So it's Zodiarch who takes it once more.
Podium:
1. Zodiarch
2. Fhaemita Malodorous
3. Critically
Medals:
1. Zodiarch (7xG, 3xS, 2xB)
2. Fhaemita Malodorous (3xG,4xS,2xB)
3. Cotarius (3xG, 1xB)
4. Monsieur Guillotine (2xG,4xS)

Re: Belgian Olympic Games
The table tennis competition!
Report will start from the semi-finals.
But here are the results from the quals.:
Critically vs. aVegan: 11-7, 11-8
Zodiarch vs. Nohjis: 11-4,9-11, 11-7
Cotarius vs. Monsieur Guillotine: 11-6,11-9
Jamster737 vs. Fhaemita Malodorous: 11-1, 11-4
Semi's:
Critically vs. Zodiarch
Cotarius vs. Jamster737
Semi-final 1
Equally matched these players. Smashing-specialist Zodiarch tries almost every way to pass Critically, but he doesn't manages to break his defense. 11-5 in the first set for Critically.
The second set is more balanced, because Critically makes more mistakes. Maybe he's too confident after that first set. At the end of the set, Critically wins 4 games in a row, winning with 13-9. Happy he has finally beaten Zodiarch, he smashes his paddle on the table. A fine would be on his place here.
Semi-final 2
Cotarius is facing Fhaemita-killer Jamster737. Apparently he's not impressed and easily wins the first set with 11-6.
Jamster737 fights back, but in his enthousiasm he makes more faults than ever. 11-7 for Cotarius, and Jamster will be mad about this, after giving away such easy points.
Bronze medal
Zodiarch isn't motivated anymore, as he's not playing for the gold medal. Jamster737 wins with 11-4 in the first set.
But after a while, he starts playing better. Jamster is surprised and just loses with 11-9 in the second set.
A third set will bring the decision. Jamster737 often changes tactics and this confuses Zodiarch, with a win for Jamster as a result with 11-6 in the final set. The crowd, happy that Zodiarch didn't win a medal this time, jumps on Jamster737 and the celebrations will continue for a long time...
Gold medal
After such an entertaining bronze-medal match, the players are ready for the final showdown. Cotarius amuses the crowd with some incredible backhands, while Critically can't follow the pace. 11-2 is the result in the first set.
Critically is desperate as it seems Cotarius will once again take a gold medal, while he will have to be happy with silver. He's clearly too tense and once again loses with 11-6. Cotarius wins the table tennis championship.
Podium:
1. Cotarius
2. Critically
3. Jamster737
Medals:
1. Zodiarch (6xG, 3xS, 2xB)
2. Cotarius (4xG, 1xB)

Re: Belgian Olympic Games
Welcome to the rapid fire competition.
Once again Jamster737, Fhaemita Malodorous, Critically, Zodiarch and Goopypants may not compete, because of their poor accuracy skills. In practice some of them, no names mentioned, killed 5 cats, 6 birds and 1 member of the jury.
Monsieur Guillotine steps up. His first rounds go well. He's calm and manages to hit some bulls-eyes. In the final round (4sec for 5 shots), he fails slightly, and so comes to a total of 543 points.
Cotarius once again mastered the accuracy of a pistol, and shoots 3 perfect rounds. A total of 587 points surely is amazing.
aVegan kills his chances in the final round. He panics and lots of epic fails are part of his competition. Bad luck for him and 469 points.
Nohjis is the only one who can beat Cotarius now. A good effort, but not good enough for gold. 578 points.
Podium:
1. Cotarius
2. Nohjis
3. Monsieur Guillotine
Medals:
1. Zodiarch (6xG, 3xS, 2xB)
2. Cotarius (5xG, 1xB)
3. Fhaemita Malodorous (3xG,3xS,2xB)

5. Critically (3xS, 4xB)

7. Nohjis (1xS,3xB)
8. aVegan (1xB)
Math: accu 60%, speed 25%, refl 10%, agi 5%

Re: Belgian Olympic Games
Okay, enough with shields of dead kittens
Now get ready for the 200m swimming medley.
First 50m butterfly, then backstroke, then breaststroke and finally freestyle.
And Critically is the first in the water. Zodiarch immediatly takes over and he creates a small gap. At the first turning point aVegan, Fhaemita Malodorous, Goopypants and Nohjis seem to let it go. So there are only five more in the running.
Even at the second turning point Zodiarch has still quite a lead. He's followed by Cotarius, Critically, Monsieur Guillotine and Jamster737. Oh, and Zodiarch falls back! At the final turning point, Cotarius is in first place.
With only 20m left, Monsieur Guillotine takes the lead. Surely he will win this! And he does it, followed by Jamster737 and Cotarius. What a race.
Podium:
1. Monsieur Guillotine
2. Jamster737
3. Cotarius
Medals:
1. Zodiarch (6xG, 3xS, 2xB)
2. Cotarius (5xG, 2xB)
3. Monsieur Guillotine (3xG,4xS,1xB)
4. Fhaemita Malodorous (3xG,3xS,2xB)
5. Critically (3xS, 4xB)
6. Jamster737 (3xS, 2xB)
7. Nohjis (1xS,3xB)
8. aVegan (1xB)
Math: agi 30%, 20% pow, 20% stam, 10% speed, 5% accu, 5% accel, 5% refl and 5% rec

With the swimming competitions now over, and only the rings left before athletics, the crowd invades the swimming pool and creates suspicious yellow spots.
