Well, we weren't allowed to use nukes, as Cooke stated in the first post... but as the game has ended now, I'd say you should just nuke 'em. Otherwise, those irradiated things would just lay in stock.

It probably doesn't work as most zombie-movies ending with a nuke get sequels anyway, but at least it gives a good explosion.
